Work in progress for contents page
I have created a title on Adobe Illustrator for my contents page and have started putting in the contents and images I have took. I am not sure about this layout yet but I will see how it goes. I used the blue, black and white colour scheme throughout.

Work in progress DPS
I have started my DPS and made progress quite quickly as I already have written my journalism. I have added an image to the right page and have put in a tag line above the artists name (his brand). I have written a small introduction to the artists and have added my first question for the Q&A
I am continuing with the questions and I will do the same throughout. I have changed the layout of the columns as it wasn't structured.

Work in progress front cover 1
I have added my front cover image and masthead I created on Adobe Illustrator. I have started adding some of the important conventional features such as the skyline, cover lines, barcode and price of the magazine. I have also paid close attention to the colour scheme of blue, white and black (the background is particularly black to fit in with the colour scheme)

Masthead practice
Masthead practice on Adobe Illustrator. I have used this programme to gain some skills on how to generate a professional masthead. Although I want to keep my texts simple, I thought it would be useful to know. The masthead design at the top is the style I want mine in, and the other two styles are only to practice and get to know how I can customise my masthead.

Task 7: Magazine pitch feedback
I showed my magazine pitch and explained my points to my classmates in order to get feedback and improve on it. I put my ideas on Prezi, which was a useful programme to use as it was a creative way of showing my ideas and it helped me explain my points.
Overall, I received minor questions but one thing I changed was the issuing of my magazine. I had initially planned on my magazine to be issued 15 times a year, however, after thinking about what my classmates said about how 15 issues a year would be a lot, I thought about it and now I want it to be issued every month in a year (12 months) and that this will be more suitable.
